an author and talent manager residing in New York. While growing up in Portland, OR, she always had a fascination with books, many were quite mature for her age. however, nothing could make her put books down. She naturally had a skill for writing and found her true abilities within it during her years in college at Pace University where she embarked on a journey we will eventually unpackage.

Currently navigating experiences through adulthood at 27, Quay spends most of her time managing the businesses of social media influencers, boutique brand owners, and music artists through project management, and that of her own.

After over two years of reciting affirmations on her Instagram story to her peers, Quay has decided to share her most impactful collection of affirmations with the world in her first book, Apply Where Necessary. Arriving after two seasons of her podcast that's is available on all streaming platforms, this book is the start of a new Quay and a NEW YOU.
